Enjoy customized dog training through video sessions!

Through virtual sessions, you will have access to a certified trainer in the comfort of your home. Learn up-to-date techniques through face-to-face consultations and personalized sessions. We offer live video sessions for puppy training, housebreaking, obedience, leash skills and more! You will be able to create long-lasting behaviors through fun and effective positive-based training games that we provide you!

Virtual Dog Training Sessions can assist with:

• Puppy Training – Our puppy program customizes each session to focus on creating a training guide and answering common puppy questions. We typically discuss: potty-training, play-biting, chewing, healthy nutrition, socialization, teaching manners and more!

• Basic Obedience – Learn how to train your own dog to learn proper manners and useful obedience skills such as: sit, down, come, stay, go to bed, etc. We will prioritize the skills that you want to teach your dog.

• Behavior Modification – Does your dog exhibit any naughty habits such as jumping, chewing, barking, or running out of the door? Your trainer  will create a behavioral plan which will include specific training games and resources to help you teach your dog to become more responsive and relaxed.

• Potty Training – Whether you have a new puppy or an adult dog, we can help with creating a customized housebreaking guide along with tips which will help you see results!

• Leash Skills –  Our leash-training program will teach you how to implement new skills which will help change your dog’s walking behavior. You will receive leash-walking tips and learn which dog training equipment that is both humane and effective. 

• Tricks & Enrichment –  Teaching fun training skills is a great way to exercise your dog’s brain and will help build a strong relationship between dog and owner!

The process:

1. Give us a Call or Email:
   If you haven’t yet reached out to us, email or call us (1800-413-0344), giving a little information about your dog. We are happy to chat with you to see if your dog’s needs are something that we can assist with through video sessions.

2. Filling out the Application and Training Waiver:
   You will need to fill out our Application Form and Training waiver; you can simply fill our application form out electronically and click submit. We will get back to you within 48-hours on business days.

3. Scheduling:
   Once your application form is submitted, we will reach out to you to schedule a day and time for your video session. We do need a minimum of 24-hr notice to schedule. Payment is required to reserve a video-session. We accept Credit Card, Zelle, or Venmo. You will receive a link via email for a Google/Zoom meeting at your scheduled date and time.

4. The day before your Video Session:
   We will send you a confirmation the day before your video session. Please confirm or reach out to us if needing to reschedule. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule a session with 24-hr notice. 

5. Your Video Session:
   Your session will be conducted with the use of Google or Zoom. You do not need to download anything. Simply click on the link (which we will provide you via email) at the time of your session which will open the video chat. Make sure your video and audio button is ON so that we can see and hear you.

During the video session, your trainer will meet you and your pet. They will ask you a series of questions which will take about 5 minutes during your first session to get to know your dog better. Your trainer may ask to see the living space where your dog is kept and areas that they eat, play and relax. From there you can discuss which behaviors you would like to prioritize. The session skills will be customized to your dog’s needs. Similar to in-home sessions, you will be given a behavioral plan to follow. 

6. After your Video Session:
   Your trainer will send you an email by the end of the day with your dog’s behavioral plan and notes. This will be based on what was evaluated and discussed in your session. We may include links for tutorial videos or links for specific training equipment that may assist with your dog’s training.
